Resume Editing

First impressions are everything when working with resumes. Studies show that an average recruiter spends 6-8 seconds per resume before deciding if a person is a fit or not.

Everyone we hire on our QA editing team has some background when it come to writing, editing, or proofreading. This is to counterbalance our resume writing consultants who have backgrounds in recruiting but not necessarily writing.

Your role as a member on the Resume Editing (QA team) is essential since you are our last line of defense before a client (or employer) sees the final product. Errors as small as a period missing, misspelled text, or inaccurate dates can be the difference between the interview or discard pile for our clients.

We added a few helpful tools, videos, and tips here to make the process of editing resumes easy and seamless for you. If you ever have questions or issues please don’t hesitate to email us at info@insiderecruiter.
