1) Request resume services on our "Get Started" page and we will match your availability and career experience with a professional resume writer
2) In one phone call with a consultant they will ask you questions about your goals and career experience to establish a strategy for creating your updated/new resume.
3) In under 2-weeks you will receive your new resume with a summary of updates

Do you only help customers in Los Angeles, CA?
We help clients all over the world. Many of our consultants are based in Los Angeles, CA but as long as we have a time slot and a phone number to contact you on we are happy to provide professional resume writing services. We have helped many clients from out of state!
What times are you available for consultations?
Consultations can take place most times during the week, evenings, and even weekends. Let us know your availability and we will match you with the right resume writer.
How long do phone consultations take?
Consultations take between 30-60minutes depending on the client, service needed, and information provided.
How long does it take to get a new resume?
The standard delivery time is 7-days but, expedited services can be purchased if you need a resume earlier. This is all based on your availability and the availability of the consultant we identify for you so please notify us asap.
Does Inside Recruiter do Cover Letters?
We no longer offer cover letter services. Alternatively, following current recruiting trends we recommend focusing on your LinkedIn Profile. 87% of recruiters now use LinkedIn to find candidates (The Wall Street Journal).
Are Consultations done in-Person or over the phone?
To provide flexible consultation times for both clients and our resume consultants, appointments are done over the phone. Our resume experts will be able to gather all the necessary information during the call.
What if I am unhappy with my resume?
We provides up to a 1-month guarantee of additional edits if you feel additional revisions are needed.

What are your prices?
All our services & pricing can be found on our Pricing & Services page. We base our consultant fees on the current professional level of each client.

Do I qualify for Entry, Manager or Executive Level pricing category?
Pricing is based on experience and career level of our clients. Still unsure which you qualify for? Feel free to message us or complete the "Get Started" form. We will always let you know your level prior to any payments being processed.
Can I see a sample of your work?
Yes absolutely! Please send us a message and we will be happy to share examples. However, each resume is catered to a client's needs and experience so yours may look very different.

How are Inside Recruiter resume writers selected?
All consultants go through screening and training processes to qualify their experience/knowledge of the recruiting industry, and ability to deliver quality resumes/profiles. After training, consultants are evaluated on performance based on customer surveys, regular reviews, and feedback.
Lastly, all resumes/profiles are reviewed by at least one other resume writer to ensure quality before you see the final product.
