INSIDE RECRUITER was founded because many people have no idea how the recruiting process operates behind the scenes. Leveraging this insider knowledge could make or break a person’s chances at landing an interview or job offer.

Our goal for the Job Search Consultation service is to listen to client’s current tactics and provide effective strategies that will help them land interviews using what you know as a recruiting experienced professional.

The more clients we speak with, the more apparent it has become that, many people don’t have anyone to guide them to what the most effective practices are in today’s market.

Most clients use 1-2 job boards (typically Indeed.com) because it’s all they have known. Let’s help them understand all the other tools at their disposal. Depending on the client’s current experience level, job search practices, industry, and career goals their strategy may need adjusting.

Based on your experience, knowledge, and background in the industry do your best to provide them the insight to help them get them ahead.
